Develop a solution for car dealerships that enhance the attendance experience of the engineers with their clients during the car maintenance process.

The challenge

The main goal of this project layed in creating a new experience of filling a bureaucratic form with client personal and vehicle data, in a agile and meaningful interaction supervised by the engineers.


To better understand the problem, I went on ground where the interactions took place. There, I made some observations and exploratory research. On of the main findings was identifying the steps of this engineer/client interaction.

Motion and micro interaction helps telling a history, bringing more meaning into user's and system's actions. I exploited this subject documenting it in a clean way, so developers could had in hands broad references to work with.
